David Camisa (He/Him) is a British-Canadian artist, illustrator, and muralist based on the unceded traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations (Vancouver, BC).
David has built a multidisciplinary practice that moves fluidly between fine art, illustration, and large-scale public murals. His work has been exhibited internationally and commissioned by arts festivals, cultural organizations, and commercial brands.
As a proud member of the Queer community, David approaches his work with a commitment to inclusivity and representation. Through bold, surreal imagery, he constructs dreamlike worlds that celebrate diversity and encourage viewers of all identities to see themselves reflected in the vibrant characters and narratives that inhabit his art.
